The context
It was born inside day to day operations, where several agents work at the same time on different projects. It is a personal tool installed locally, but designed as a command center that is also reachable from a phone.
The problem
Working with several AI sessions, projects and channels meant jumping between terminals and left every workspace a mess.
What changed
- One interface brings together agents, voice, files, alerts, a whiteboard and services.
- Work can start on the computer and continue on the phone without restarting the conversation.
