Can an AI customer service agent answer the phone?
Yes. We set up voice AI that answers calls, understands why the person is calling, collects the key details and logs them in your CRM. It can use HighLevel Voice AI when that fits your stack. Calls that need a person are routed or flagged for a callback with a summary.
How does it know what it is allowed to say?
We give the agent a set of approved sources, such as your FAQ, service list, prices and policies, plus written rules about what it must never do. It answers from those sources only, and when the answer is not there, it says so and hands the case to a person.
When does it escalate to a person?
When the customer asks for a person, is upset, mentions anything sensitive, asks something outside the approved sources, or when the agent is not confident in its answer. The handoff includes a short summary, so the customer does not have to repeat the story.
How do you measure if it is working?
We track first response time, how many conversations are resolved or correctly handed off, how often a person has to correct the agent, and the business result of the flow, such as bookings. We review a sample of real conversations every week during the pilot.
How much does an AI customer service agent cost?
Our customer service agents start at $1,500 to set up, then $250 a month for hosting, monitoring, fixes and AI usage. Voice minutes and messaging fees from providers like Meta or your phone carrier are billed separately at their own rates.
Can it handle chat, text and email in one place?
Yes. We can connect web chat, WhatsApp, email and other channels to the same agent and the same knowledge, so customers get consistent answers wherever they write. US business texting needs carrier registration first, so we scope SMS separately.
