What business processes should I automate first?
Start with something that happens every week, follows mostly the same steps and costs your team real time, such as lead intake, follow ups, reporting or moving data between tools. A clear, frequent process is easy to measure, so you can see the hours saved before automating anything bigger.
Do you build with n8n, Make or Zapier?
We often build with n8n because it gives us fine control over AI workflows and can be self hosted. We also work with Make or Zapier when your team already depends on them. The tool is chosen for the process, not the other way around.
What does AI add to a normal automation?
A normal automation moves data when the input is predictable. AI handles the messy parts: reading an email or voice note, classifying a request, extracting details, drafting a reply or summarizing a thread. That lets one workflow handle real world inputs that used to need a person.
Who maintains the workflows after launch?
We do. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and updates when one of your tools changes. Every workflow is documented, so your team knows what it does, and we review usage with you to decide what to improve next.
How much does AI workflow automation cost?
One custom automation starts at $1,500 to set up, then $250 a month. Hermes Business OS covers three automations with sub agents across two or more channels for $3,999 to set up, then $450 a month. Larger projects are scoped on a call.
Can a person approve steps before they run?
Yes. Approvals are part of the design for anything sensitive, such as sending money, emailing a customer or changing a record. The workflow pauses, sends the approver a short summary in Slack or email, and continues only after a yes.
